Wendy Clark Joins Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. as Global CEO and Becomes an Executive Officer of Dentsu Group Inc.

Dentsu Group Inc. (Tokyo: 4324; ISIN: JP3551520004; President & CEO: Toshihiro Yamamoto; Head Office: Tokyo; Capital: 74,609.81 million yen) announces today that Wendy Clark joins the Dentsu Group as a Global CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd., the international business headquarters in London, from September 1, 2020, as already announced in our news release "Notice Regarding an Appointment of Global CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd., a Consolidated Subsidiary," dated on April 7, 2020. Additionally, she is appointed as an executive officer of Dentsu Group Inc., effective today, which was resolved at the board of directors meeting of the company in August.

Going forward, the Group will accelerate its growth strategy by transforming its international business and strengthening its solution capabilities with the strong leadership of Wendy Clark, and further promoting synergies with its Japan business.
