Dentsu Group announces the status and completion of acquisition of own shares

(Acquisition of the Company’s own shares pursuant to its Articles of Incorporation in accordance with the provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act)
Dentsu Group Inc. (Tokyo: 4324; ISIN: JP3551520004; President & CEO: Hiroshi Igarashi; Head Office: Tokyo; Capital: 74,609.81 million yen) today announced the status and completion of acquisition of the Company’s own shares carried out in accordance with Article 156 of the Companies Act, as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the Act. The acquisition of own shares pursuant to the resolution of the meeting of the board of directors held on February 14, 2022 has completed as a result of the acquisition below.
