Statement regarding media reports relating to Dentsu Headquarters Building

In response to media reports regarding the sale of Dentsu Headquarters Building in Tokyo, Dentsu Group Inc. (Tokyo: 4324; ISIN: JP3551520004; President & CEO: Toshihiro Yamamoto; Head Office: Tokyo; Capital: 74,609.81 million yen) has made no official comment.
The Dentsu Group comprehensive review was launched in August 2020. The scope of the review includes non-trading assets, as previously announced.
The review continues and results will be presented in February 2021.
Dentsu Group Inc. will make further announcements as additional decisions requiring disclosure are made.
