Dentsu (Tokyo: 4324; ISIN: JP3551520004; President & Global CEO: Takeshi Sano; Head Office: Tokyo; Capital: 74,609.81 million yen) today published two key sustainability reports. The Dentsu Group Climate-related Disclosures 2026 analyzes the financial risks and opportunities that climate change poses to the Group together with its mitigation actions. The Non-financial Databook 2026 presents the Group’s latest environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
Climate-related Disclosures 2026
At dentsu, we aim to achieve sustainable business growth by embedding the consideration of environmental risks, opportunities, and resilience into management strategy*1.
The report published today identifies and estimates the financial risks and opportunities that climate change poses to the Group’s business across multiple climate scenarios over short-, medium-, and long-term time horizons, and outlines the Group’s mitigation actions.
Previously, dentsu conducted climate scenario analyses and disclosed climate-related information in accordance with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Since FY2025, the Group has conducted its analysis and reporting with reference to the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standard IFRS S2 (Climate-related Disclosures) issued by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), providing greater transparency on how climate-related risks and opportunities may affect the Group’s financial position.
The 2026 edition builds on the previous year’s analysis of the estimated financial impact of climate-related risks and opportunities*2 by expanding the geographic scope of the assessment, leveraging location-specific data, and identifying additional potential risks.

Non-financial Databook 2026
In Non-financial Databook 2026, we have redesigned the structure of our non-financial disclosures for improved accessibility. Related information in each area - environmental, social, and governance - is organized under a systematic classification and can be accessed through the table of contents and the GRI content index, making it easier to understand the Group's non-financial information and to compare individual data points.
In pursuit of “the sustainable development of our clients and society”*3, a core element of the Group’s Purpose—dentsu will continue to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients and partners, to address societal challenges and fulfill its role as a driving force behind the sustainable development of society at large.
