Dialogue with shareholders and investors
At dentsu, our investor relations goal is:

The investor relations team reports to the Global CEO & CFO and has team members across two Group investor relations offices, located in Tokyo and London. The team has well-established processes in place for dialogue with shareholders, investors, and analysts in Japan and overseas.
For eight consecutive years, the investor relations team has conducted more than 500 investor meetings per year. We are also committed to increasing opportunities for direct dialogue with the management team, with management participating in approximately 20% of investor meetings in recent years.
The investor relations team is regarded as a strategic partner for our management & the Board of Directors. The team is responsible for gathering clear, timely feedback from shareholders, investors, and analysts. These strategic insights are shared to support decision making to improve corporate value.
