Regarding Certain Media Reports

There has been a media report by Nihon Keizai Shimbun (Nikkei) concerning the Company’s domestic management strategy in which the Company and its group company, Dentsu Soken Inc. are involved, but no announcements have been made by the Company.

Our response to these matters is scheduled to be resolved at the meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors to be held today. Once it is formally approved, the Company will make an announcement in a timely and appropriate manner.
