There has been a media report by Nihon Keizai Shimbun (Nikkei) concerning the Company’s domestic management strategy in which the Company and its group company, Dentsu Soken Inc. are involved, but no announcements have been made by the Company.
The Company continuously considers a range of possibilities based on its domestic management strategy, including taking Dentsu Soken Inc. private as one potential option. However, there is no information that should be disclosed at this time.
Should any matters arise that require disclosure, the Company will make an announcement in a timely and appropriate manner.
