Notice Regarding Change in Representative Executive Officer of Dentsu Group Inc.

Dentsu Group Inc. (Tokyo: 4324; ISIN: JP3551520004; President & Global CEO: Hiroshi Igarashi; Head Office: Tokyo; Capital: 74,609.81 million yen; hereinafter “the Company”) announced that at the Board of Directors meeting held today, the Company resolved change in Executive Officers as follows. The changes will be determined officially at the Board of Directors meeting that will be held after the Company’s 177th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 27, 2026.
