Cyber Incident Statement—International Markets

We detected unusual activity affecting part of Merkle’s network. Upon discovery, we acted swiftly by initiating our incident response protocols, which included proactively taking certain systems offline and implementing measures to contain the issue.

Our teams are actively investigating the incident and we have already brought our systems back online. To assist in our investigation and response, third-party cyber incident experts with experience in similar situations have been engaged and law enforcement has been notified.

The activity doesn’t impact network systems in Japan. Currently, financial impact to the business is not known.
