Summary of FY2013 and Management Strategy
- I'm Ishii, President & CEO of the Dentsu Group.
- Thank you all for taking time out of your busy schedules to participate in our Group's financial results briefing today.
- The 2013 financial year was the first year of the current medium-term management plan that was announced last May, as well as the last fiscal year of the previous medium-term plan announced in 2009.
- For the 2013 financial year, we mostly achieved the KPI targets of the previous medium-term plan according to our calculations, which notably excludes the impact of the Aegis acquisition.
- Under the current medium-term management plan, we will continue to make strong-willed efforts to achieve the goal as we did under the previous medium-term plan.
- Now, I would like to briefly explain the results of the 2013 financial year as the first year of the current plan.
