Summary of FY2013 and Management Strategy
- This slide shows the four KPIs we have set forth in our current medium-term plan.
- As Nakamoto explained earlier, the organic growth rate in fiscal 2013 exceeded the range projected for the period under the medium-term plan, partly due to the great contribution of our business in Japan, where we continued to outperform the market.
- Overseas business steadily increased, aided by the favorable exchange rate.
- The digital domain ratio and operating margin have steadily improved.
- As you can see, we have made a very good start in the first year of the new medium-term plan.
- So, I would like to explain the progress of our strategies that lie behind these figures and our future plan to execute these strategies.
