- Following the integration work that we started last year, we launched a management structure that integrated the former Aegis and Dentsu Networks in January of this year.
- With this new structure, we will maintain the existing growth momentum of the two networks and in addition leverage on their combined synergies.
- The integration work has been carried out successfully, which is evident from the significant amount of new business wins and from DAN's growth rate, which continues to far exceed that of its competitors.
- Driven by this momentum, DAN’s core brand, Carat, was recently ranked the No. 1 Global Media Network by RECMA, a leading industry research firm.
